POST-COVID PROTOCOLS

Covid 19 Policy – Your health is our first priority! That being said, we are asking that all clients that have been ill or exposed to any virus stay home during these times.  It is our goal to help slow down the spread and exposure to the covid virus. In accordance with our government recommendations our staff will be wearing masks and/or gloves while performing your services. We are asking all of our clients to do the same while in the salon or spa areas. Our Revive Tribe can see upwards of 75 guests a day… remember, the masks protect you from all the clients that we’ve seen before you that day! We are willing to provide a mask at a minimal cost if you don’t bring your own.  Rest assured, we are ready for this to be over, but protecting you and our families is a must! ALL STAFF AND GUEST MUST WEAR MASKs IN THE SALON AND SPA AREAS (EAR LOOP MASKS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: $2.00).

ONLY CLIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SALON DURING THESE TIMES.

 

CLEANING IN BETWEEN GUESTS WILL BE PERFORMED.

 

PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO STAY HOME IF YOU’VE HAD ANY VIRAL SYMPTOMS OR AT A HIGHER RISK FOR THE VIRUS. SCREENING QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED.

**Important Additional Information:

Cancellation Policy & Fees – We value your business & ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Time is a limited resource.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, 72 hours if a combo (2 or more services) booking has been made. Missed appointments & cancellations with less than 48-72 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service(s). When you miss an appointment with us, we lose not only your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have been able to use your unused time. When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies, with or without a signed waiver. All services require a credit card to hold your reserved time. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show.  In the event this occurs the card / gift card / voucher on file will reflect the amount of the services that were to be rendered during the scheduled appointment time and will be charged or marked as redeemed by the end of business day.  In the event that no shows or missed appointments become a habit, the client will only be accepted to book appointments on a same day call on basis and with the understanding that the scheduled appointment will have to be paid over the phone before service is allowed to be booked.  This is a non refundable fee and will only count towards that time slot.  Credits will not be issued to the account to use towards future appointments.  Extension cancellations fall under the 72 hour cancellation policy.

Combo Bookings – Combo bookings or packaged services (2 or more services scheduled on the same date) require a 72 hour cancellation notice & may also require a deposit.  Large blocks of time are hard for us to fill without adequate notice being given.

Gift Certificates & 2nd Party Offers – Gift certificates are available in any amount & may be purchased “instantly” by clicking the Gift Certificate link. You’ll be able to customize & print your Certificate at your desk instantly, or you may simply email it to the recipient. We also accept SpaFinder gift cards, but there are restrictions on how these particular cards may be redeemed. Gift certificates are redeemable for services only & are not redeemable for cash. All gift cards/certificates must be presented at check-in or mentioned during time of booking.

Children – Our environment is not appropriate for young children. We ask that you not bring with you any children under the age of 10 years old unless they are receiving services.  The majority of our guests use Revive Salon & Spa as an escape and a way to relax,  that experience becomes tarnished if children are left unattended during appointment times.  We love our kiddos, but the salon is not a safe place for them to be without an adult at all times.  We ask that when kids do have appointments they be sure to use their inside voices at all times!

Cell Phones – So as not to disturb other guests, we kindly ask that you turn cell phones or pagers to silent or vibrate only mode.

Photography – If you do not wish to have your photo used for the advancement of business through forms such as social media, branding and or print let us know prior  to having your photo taken.  If your photo is taken, know that it is subject for the use of marketing materials.

Pricing – Prices are subject to change without notice.  There are many factors going into our pricing structure. Length, texture, thickness, additional product needed and our tiered program can all be factors in coming up with your beauty or spa budget.
